Spring 2023

Make it a fun, challenging, rewarding, and memorable spring by biking Flagstaff’s stellar trails with Gear Girls. Learn how to be an exemplary team player, gain more confidence in your outdoor abilities, and give back through trail work.

Junior Coaches • April 4 – May 30 • Every other Tuesday 3:30pm-6:00pm • 7th-10th Grade Girls • No Cost
Junior Coaches is for young women looking to take the next step in becoming a Gear Girls leader. Participants will learn how to facilitate lessons, coach with compassion, and exemplify leadership during Gear Girls rides. Since this program builds upon prior Gear Girls experiences, Junior Coaches should have already completed multiple seasons of Gear Girls or a combination of one season of Gear Girls plus several years of mountain biking experience.
