Thank you U.S. Forest Service Chief Tom Schultz fo Thank you U.S. Forest Service Chief Tom Schultz for recently meeting with the Arizona Trail Association's Executive Director and other trail leaders in the Washington, DC office to discuss priority topics for our National Trails System. Chief Schultz spent an hour engaging in conversation about co-management opportunities; the Roadless Rule; impacts of border wall construction; National Environmental Policy Act; Travel Management Rule; Legacy Restoration Fund; land acquisition opportunities; and much more. After a meaningful discussion, Chief Schultz presented wooden awards to the organizations who help co-manage National Scenic Trail administered by his agency, including the #AZT! @u.s.forestservice @americanhiking @nationaltrailssystem #hikethehill
